Hi, I’m Costi, the founder of Veli’cious. After years of working as a head chef at some well-known restaurants in Wiltshire and Somerset, I decided to start Veli’cious in 2020 to balance my passion for food with family life. With two kids at home, it became harder to spend time with them while working long hours in the kitchen. So, I made the decision to create something that allows me to do what I love—cooking great food—while having the freedom to choose when I work.
At Veli’cious, we serve up home-made gourmet burgers and steaks, using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether it’s a festival or a private event, we bring high-quality street food with no compromises.
